Hi, I’m Victoria, living in rural Ireland and building a practical, small-scale homesteading life in a cool, wet, and often unpredictable climate. I focus on what actually works in real conditions, not ideal ones. That means short summers, heavy rain, limited space, and making the most of what’s available rather than chasing perfection.
